1. Where can I buy your software?

You can purchase our software easily at our Online Store and receive an instant download or through one of our software resellers when doing a google search for our software products.

2. I ordered software 24 hours ago and it still hasn't come in?

If you have not yet received your software, you should:

  1. Check the Spam / Junk folder in your email you used when ordering to make sure any messages from IntroWizard regarding your purchase were not regarded as spam.
  2. Request the download information to be automatically sent to you again.
  3. Contact the order processor company you submitted your payment through regarding the delay. Some orders such as eChecks may be undergoing verification.
3. What forms of payment do you take?

We securely accept through our Online Store:

  • All major credit cards (e.g. Visa, Discover, American Express, Master Card)
  • Paypal payments
  • eChecks (digital check payments)
  • Bank transfers through FXSource for European customers
4. If I was billed twice (received two receipt e-mails), who do I contact to resolve this?

If you have received two order notification letters, please make sure they are not about the same order number.

To ensure that both order emails are about the same order, and no second bill please check the order numbers on both to make sure they are the same, which they should be if you received both emails within about the same time after ordering.

If you have questions, feel free to contact 2Checkout, our order processing company about your order to make sure there wasn't a duplicate order billed.

5. How can I return my software purchase?

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. Should you not enjoy using the software, simply contact 2Checkout, our order processing company and request a refund on your software order. Be sure to include your order number.

6. My PC crashed, how can I download my purchased software again?

You can request the download information for software you have purchased online at our Customer Center.

7. Can I purchase the software in my local currency?

Yes, through our Online Store you can purchase our software with your own currency. Make sure after selecting the product and before entering your billing information to click one of the currency options (country flag icons on the checkout page).
